Child ADHD Screening Quiz ( Parent Version)

This screening tool is based on the Vanderbilt ADHD Diagnostic Rating Scale, specifically designed for parents to evaluate behaviors observed in their child over the past 6 months. It consists of 18 questions focused on core symptoms of inattention and hyperactivity, along with 8 performance metrics to assess academic and social impact. This assessment is intended for children and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 12. Please note that while this provides a standardized clinical screening, it is not a formal diagnosis and should be reviewed by a healthcare professional.
